Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to all Chevruta apps, including MishnaTracker and Today. We take your privacy seriously and have designed our apps with that in mind from the ground up.

Data Collection

Chevruta apps do not collect any personal data. We do not collect your name, email address, location, or any other identifying information. All data you enter into our apps — learning progress, dates, preferences — is stored locally on your device or, if you enable iCloud sync, in your personal iCloud account.

We have no access to your data. It belongs to you.

iCloud Sync

Some Chevruta apps offer optional iCloud sync to keep your data consistent across your Apple devices. This sync is handled entirely by Apple's iCloud infrastructure. Your data is stored in your personal iCloud account, encrypted by Apple, and is not accessible to Chevruta. You can disable iCloud sync at any time in your device's Settings.

Third-Party Services

MishnaTracker uses Google Firebase for authentication and data sync. Firebase may process limited technical data (such as device identifiers and IP addresses) as part of its normal operation. Firebase's data practices are governed by Google's Firebase Privacy Policy. No other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used.

Children's Privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Because we collect no personal data from any users, our apps are suitable for all ages.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
